Denoise contest

OK...how about some real world examples. I have a 15 second aif file taken from a VHS video transfer. It is bad...low levels, noise, yuck. So the challenge is to get it to sound not bad. You can use anything that you want. You probably want to work on the aif file. I posted it in mp3 so you could hear the differences with the modified files (all mp3 files converted at 192kbps using iTunes)
