I played bass with the Caltech Jazz Band in '92-'93. It was a great experience, and learning to read charts was a pain in the butt, but something you gotta do. We released the album "Exothermic Jazz" in 1994. Another "long distance romance", I drove down from San Francisco on two separate weekends to cut the tracks in the studio.
