It was back on two wheels today. No, not another motorcycle. After another torture session with my chiropractor/physical therapist (they really are sadists), she instructed me to get on the bicycle to start slowly bringing my knee and hip back to "normal" (or hopefully better than normal because they weren't great before). I had actually gotten my YBBeat back into street riding shape a couple months back, throwing some slicks on it. So today is was taking it easy on a mostly flat 5 miles or so. I'm out of shape...
