A day early (according to my calendar...evidently I missed an email), but today was spent first on the couch, then virtually (phone) on the couch, then in scramble mode when at 2:15pm my cell phone rang and the other end asked, "where are you?!?"
So it was off to meeting with people unnamed, a hurried call to the sitter (horray for Priya), then duck out to pick up the boy (and a teary-eyed call from him as I was supposed to pick him up earlier, but couldn't), head back to the apartment to meet the sitter, give her money to buy dinner (they got Thai), and back to the fun. Then home late, nyquil, and bed. Uggh. Tomorrow is Long Beach, more fun, then hopefully more sleep.
