locking the script

A million things to do before heading to Laguna Seca on Thursday. Not the least of which is to get work situated as I'll be "on vacation" until after Labor Day. Unfortunately much of that will be spent writing for work and "work" but it is what it is. For now, I still don't have the 911 (TRE is finishing up work), I haven't hit TJs for snack supplies, I don't have my transponder charged, clothes packed, etc. Oh well, it'll get done. For tonight it was work emails and more work emails, and now some relaxation on the couch. If its Tuesday that must mean Tivo caught Iron Chef. One thing at a time...

Oh, and the title of this refers to Bob coming over and us going over our work script. We're about to lock into a shooting script so we needed to make sure everything is in order. I'm missing the group meeting on Friday (I'll be snaking down the corkscrew at Laguna Seca, good lord willing), so I had to send out the "read the damn script and speak now or forever hold your peace" email to the rest of the group. It'll be fine. It'll be great. It'll be art. Maybe.
