And so the trek begins. Dropped the boy off at school, back home to finish packing, do some cleaning, empty the litter box, and other exciting bits. Now off to Peets for a farewell mocha, then to work, then call a cab, the to the friendly skies of United. While checking in last night there was a fairly cheap biz class upgrade available so I took it. The original tickets were free (miles) and the outbound leg is 15.5 hours (!). Me and coach don't get along so well so it'll be worth it. Coming back will likely be the cheap seat, but that is only (!) 12.5 hours, and I get to flop in my own apt when I get back.
