Finally a few free moments to work on the bike and install an HID headlight upgrade. After a few complications along the way (like the fact that they spec a 23mm hole but the plug you have to put through it is 27mm wide), I turned the key, fired up the bike and there was light. Shocking. Now to get a little more free time and ride it at night to see the difference...
