Actually, says Dr. Ma. Although I'm having it for dinner tonight, here's her breakfast prescription for me (along with my herbs that include collagen, grapesee extract, acerola, rehmannia, foti, gong quai and ligusticum wallichii):
protein powder
fiber
organic plain yogurt
black sesame seed
apple
banana
strawberries
celery
organic soy milk
water
That's why I had to buy my new Waring blender today (mmm, toggle switch goodness). The mix looks rather...interesting. Tastes pretty good. Should be good for me.
*sigh* I suppose this is part of aging. Actually having to pay attention to what you eat. You mean King Taco and Tommy's isn't health food? Oh wait...I actually knew that.
