So we're supposed to get this super-d-duper mondo storm. Rain all night and morning. Well, the night comes and...nothing. Water works turn off around 10pm. That doesn't bode well for the possibility of lying in bed and drifting off to the sound of rain. Oh well, there's always the next storm.
