Been an interesting few days in Austin. This is my second trip here, with the first being a number of years ago to attend some tech conference which happened to coincide with a 100-year ice storm. No frozen water this time but people. Lots of people. First time to SxSW and it hasn’t been boring. From flying in on Sun and heading straight to the IEEE party at the Driskill Hotel for an interview with TechCrunch, to wandering around a mix of blocked off streets, hipsters of all ages, and new construction on Mon, to our panel discussion on Mixed Reality Habitats to riding the elevator down to the lobby with Steven van Zandt – never a dull moment.
